Let’s start with the role:

We are currently seeking motivated and ambitious Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Athens. Your mission is to assist customers to ensure a positive customer experience.

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Address and resolve customer issues and answer questions related to insurance products purchased through our online platform.
• Provide prompt and effective service with professionalism, aiming for customer satisfaction.
• Update and maintain customer information in the company's customer management (CRM) system.
• Coordinate with Pricefox partners to address and fulfill customer requests.
• Collaborate and support the sales department
• Handle customer complaints, offering appropriate solutions within specified timeframes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Fluency in Greek
• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using computers
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-centric approach
• Availability to work full time, Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00-18:00
