Job Summary

As a PNC Floating Investment Operations Analyst, you will assist clients with their financial activities, support branch operations, and deliver outstanding customer service. While looking for ways to advertise PNC goods and services, you will make sure that customers have a good experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provides a distinct customer journey centered on enhancing financial wellness and nurturing customer commitment.
  • Deals with a diverse range of customer interactions promptly and accurately.
  • Provides customers with information about other choices they have for managing their financial transactions.
  • Recognizes potential openings during customer interactions and delegates them to the relevant branch representatives.

  • Recognizes chances for sales growth and directs clients to the suitable colleagues to enhance connections.
  • Assists clients in familiarizing themselves with digital banking tools, technology alternatives, and self-service options for better financial transaction management.
  • Utilizes understanding of products and procedures to efficiently address customer issues.
  • Verifies the precise completion of teller and branch operations by adhering strictly to PNC's policies and procedures.

Qualifications
