Job Description
As a Floating Senior Financial Analyst at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.
Responsibilities
- Offers a personalized customer experience aimed at enhancing financial health and building strong customer allegiance.
- Processes different types of customer engagements accurately and efficiently.
- Advises customers on the various options they have when conducting financial transactions.
- Recognizes opportunities in customer interactions and channels them to the appropriate branch team.
- Encourages customer participation in lobby activities and valuable interactions.
- Modifies PNC offerings to align with specific customer requirements.
- Recognizes potential sales openings and guides clients to the right team members for fostering relationships.
- Provides guidance to clients regarding digital banking tools, technology choices, and self-service resources to streamline financial transaction management.
- Demonstrates product and procedural expertise in effectively solving customer concerns.
- Guarantees the correct completion of teller and branch operations following the established policies and procedures of PNC.
