Floating Investment Operations Analyst
Job Description
A Floating Investment Operations Analyst is a financial professional who assists clients with a wide range of banking needs, including opening accounts, processing transactions, providing financial advice, and promoting banking products and services. Floating Investment Operations Analysts play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the overall success of the branch or financial institution.
Major Duties
- Provide guidance to customers on performing regular banking transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Starting and taking care of personal and business account operations
- Advise on available banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings instruments
- Identify customer needs and advise on the right financial solutions
- Foster and preserve strong customer relationships to guarantee contentment and faithfulness
- Ensure compliance with both internal policies and government regulations
- Deal with customer grievances promptly and in a professional way
- Enhance efforts towards fulfilling branch sales and service objectives
- Ensure accuracy in record-keeping and documentation processes
