Solution Management Administrator - IAM

Support ICAM technology development and deployment as well as enterprise SDLC process improvement efforts. Support development of all overarching ICAM SDLC technology documents.

  • Develop core programmatic documentation such as executive briefings, strategic documents, WBS, IMS, and risks using client guidelines.
  • Develop and execute system development life cycle plans and tasks.
  • Provide technical guidance, expertise, and support for requirements, design, system integrations, development, deploying, testing, operating, and maintenance for client ICAM technology.
  • Provide project support for Agile Software Development (requirements, backlog prioritization, testing coordination, defect management, knowledge articles, retrospectives, etc.).
  • Collaborate to identify critical programmatic areas of need.
  • Interface with business, system owners, development teams.
  • Support creation, communication, and mapping of requirements.
  • Support development of ICAM technology capability roadmaps and schedules; identify and mitigate risks related to ICAM technology capabilities.
  • Support development of overarching strategy, and project plans for ICAM technology development, testing and deployment.
  • Manage ICAM technology testing activities and defect tracking to resolution.
  • Support problem identification, investigation, remediation and resolution for provisioning technology automation.
  • Ensure all ICAM technology capabilities adhere to emerging stakeholder requirements.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to support ICAM workflow and process improvement activities and deployment
  • Lead and facilitate meetings and complete any necessary data calls.
  • Manage risk, schedule, scope, and stakeholders to support Identity and Access Management projects such as system integrations between stakeholders as well as sustainment transition activities.
  • Support solutions across Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management.
