The Field Specialist IV - Logging While Drilling & Directional Driller would be responsible for

As a Field Specialist IV - Logging While Drilling & Directional Driller, you will be responsible for:

• Operate and maintain LWD/MWD tools and sensors.
• Monitor and interpret real-time data (e.g., inclination, azimuth, tool face).
• Ensure accurate depth tracking and well bore positioning.
• Troubleshoot MWD equipment and communication systems.
• Provide real - time logging support to geologists and reservoir engineers.
• Plan and execute directional drilling operations.
• Monitor well path and adjust tool face orientation as needed.
• Collaborate with MWD/LWD engineers for real-time data.
• Optimize drilling parameters to reduce non-productive time.
• Ensure compliance with drilling programs and safety standards.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Deep knowledge of well bore trajectory planning.
• Experience with rotary steerable systems (RSS) and downhole motors.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure
• Strong understanding of telemetry systems.
• Knowledge of drilling mechanics and well bore navigation.
• Proficiency in data acquisition software.
• 10+ years of Industry Experience
