Software Engineer (C++, High Frequency Trading)

A leading global trading firm is expanding its team of performance-driven engineers and is seeking an experienced Software Engineer who can push the boundaries of execution speed, scalability, and system reliability. Sitting at the heart of trading performance, your work will directly influence technical roadmaps and financial outcomes. You’ll work on the core trading infrastructure, building systems where low latency and high throughput are central to system performance.

The team operates in a engineering-led environment with rapid feedback loops, close collaboration with traders and quantitative researchers, and a strong culture of technical ownership and measurable impact.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize low-latency infrastructure for market data, order routing, and execution across asset classes
• Architect high-throughput, fault-tolerant systems for trading environments
• Improve existing systems through thoughtful design, optimization, and refactoring
• Work closely with traders and quantitative researchers to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable solutions

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in C++
• Proven experience building low-latency, real-time systems
• Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
