What You´ll Do:

•       Client point of contact for venue sourcing, negotiating, and contracting
•       Provides destination consultation and analysis.
•       Responsible for site selection, venue sourcing and contract negotiations  
•       Facilitates contract and approval process.
•       Provides event-level reporting.
•       Client point of contact for event planning logistics.
•       Responsible for coordination of event planning from post contract execution to final billing
•       Responsible for all meeting logistics, including budget/cost savings management & reporting, compliance tracking, hotel logistics, food & beverage, audio visual, attendee management.
•       Manage program budgets prior to and during event.
•       Project Management and coordination of contracted event level third-parties.
•       Conduct site inspections and on-site program execution as required.
•       Support the Operations Team Leader and/or Operations Manager to identify and maximize opportunities to enhance account success.
•       May require travel to destinations worldwide, in support of client site inspections and/or program operations.

What We´re Looking For:

•       Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
•       Excellent project management skills, capable of handling the logistics of multiple events simultaneously (Transportation, meeting rooms, dinners, transfers, etc.)
•       High knowledge of AMADEUS / GDS
•       In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector
•       Medium-high level Excel skills
•       Proficiency with various platforms / applications (client and GBT)
•       Great attention to detail
•       Sense of organization
•       Proactivity, flexibility, adaptability, versatility
•       Ability to work under pressure and with fixed or variable timelines.
•       Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as professional presentation.
•       Previous knowledge and experience of Cvent, a plus.
•       Intermediate English
