Ferguson is currently seeking a Shipping Manager - Parcel to join our team! This role will supervise and coordinate the accurate and efficient processing of outbound parcel packages and shipments, ensure timely packing, processing, and shipping of products.

Hours: Sunday 6am - 2:30pm and Monday - Thursday 10am - 6:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship and direction to team members in proper procedures

• Coordinate prompt flow of product from selector staging locations/conveyors to process completion.

• Promote safe work practices and resolve all safety concerns as identified

• Coordinate work processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy of service

• Coordinate communication and feedback to associates on task and performance standards

• Conduct counseling, coaching, and performance appraisal as indicated

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ management experience in supply chain distribution

• Ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required

• Great communication skills

• Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures

• Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it

• General digital literacy for basic data entry

• Forklift Operator experience preferred

Pay Range:

$4,537.80 - $9,982.50

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
