The Company is seeking a Head of Data Science and Analytics to play a pivotal role in embedding data-driven decision-making into the core of marketing and business strategies. The successful candidate will be a hands-on data leader with a strong background in high-impact analytics, people development, and strategic influence. Key responsibilities include leading a team of data scientists and analysts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, and driving data science initiatives that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. The role demands a deep technical mastery in data science, particularly within a marketing context, and a passion for mentorship to foster a learning mindset within the team. Applicants for the Head of Data Science and Analytics position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 8 years of relevant experience. The role requires proven hands-on skills in SQL, Python, and Databricks, as well as a strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytics methods.
