GENERAL DESCRIPTION
TS/SCI Clearance Required
ACES has an open position for Sr Data Analyst supporting workforce analytics and program execution for the DoW CIO WID. OPPORTUNITY
- Contract Length: 5 years - have been supporting client for over 15 years.
- Work Location: Onsite at Mark Center (Arlington, VA)
- Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
- Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in a technical field with 10 years in relevant field experience
- Start Date: May/June 2026
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead workforce data analysis and reporting efforts
- Develop dashboards and visualizations
- Support implementation of workforce initiatives
- Provide insights to leadership based on data analysis
- Coordinate across stakeholders to support execution SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with workforce analytics and reporting
- Proficiency with data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting DoW programs preferred
