Company Overview

Join a dynamic restaurant operations team as a District Manager, where you will lead multiple restaurants to achieve operational excellence. This role supports our mission by driving performance, developing leaders, and ensuring consistent brand standards across locations.

Role and Responsibilities

As a District Manager, you will oversee the people, processes, and operations of multiple restaurants. You will lead and coach restaurant general managers (RGMs), set goals, and ensure high standards of service and profitability.

  • Ensure all restaurants in the district meet financial and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Lead RGMs to deliver revenue growth through operational focus and profit maximization by analyzing reports to identify opportunities.
  • Manage onboarding, coaching, and training for RGMs, SAMs, Shift Managers, and hourly team members.
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels through internal and external hiring, succession planning, and team development.
  • Enforce safety, health, and security standards across all restaurants.
  • Address employee relations concerns proactively, providing guidance and resolution in coordination with HR and senior leadership.
  • Take ownership of facility and repairs & maintenance issues alongside RGMs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven leadership in managing multi-unit restaurant operations.
  • Strong coaching and team development skills.
  • Experience with onboarding and training restaurant staff.
  • Ability to analyze operational reports and implement improvements.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Willingness to work 50 hours per week with flexibility to address urgent business needs.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform repetitive motions, including bending, kneeling, and standing.
  • Availability for frequent travel between locations and occasional travel outside the district.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in fast-paced, multi-location restaurant environments.
  • Demonstrated success in employee relations management and resolution.
