About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Vice President of Clinical Operations and Financial Strategy to join our team. In this pivotal leadership position, you will guide the strategic vision while ensuring operational excellence across our clinical and financial functions. Your primary responsibility will be to align clinical operations with financial objectives, driving initiatives aimed at enhancing our clinical services and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field, along with 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations and finance. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborate with executive leadership to foster innovation and support organizational growth.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Providing strategic leadership and oversight of clinical operations.
• Managing financial operations and optimizing performance.
• Engaging stakeholders effectively and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Leading initiatives for our Strategic 2030 Market Expansion plan.

This role requires excellent leadership and team management skills, advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities, and expertise in healthcare operations and provider compensation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, financial reporting tools, EHR systems, and digital health platforms is essential. We value strong communication and stakeholder management skills in our leaders.
