Role: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for fund order routing processes
Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, clients, and technology teams
Analyze and interpret financial messages including SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX formats
Drive functional solution discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
Review functional specifications, support testing, and ensure quality delivery
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to solution optimization
Provide clear communication and regular updates to stakeholders
Mentor junior team members and contribute to team best practices Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in Fund Order Routing
Hands-on experience with SWIFT MT messages (MT502, MT509, MT515, MT540–MT546)
Good understanding of ISO 20022 MX messages (setr.004, setr.010, setr.013, setr.016)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
Strong client-facing and consulting mindset
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Working Model:
Hybrid working with required presence at client location in Pune
