Job Description:

Job Responsibilities：

•Responsible for providing 3M abrasive solutions and processing for individual key accounts.

•Develop new abrasive test method, especially on new product internal evaluation.

•Build up strong relationship with Robot OEM and 3M key robotic integrators in China.

•Translating voices of customer and market to technical details, providing ideas for new product development.

• Conducting field test of new products and providing reliable feedback for further improvement.

•Product and technology trainings to customers and sales colleagues.

•Trouble-shooting and handling quality complaints with professionalism.

•Working closely with sales, marketing, manufacturing and other relevant colleagues; communication and cooperation with global colleagues.

•

Qualifications：

•At least 5+ years abrasive industry working experience.

•Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering.

•Can independently complete the scheme design of non-standard equipment, the selection of key components, detailed design, assembly debugging and optimization improvement.

•Strong ability of analyzing and solving problems.

•Keen observation; habit of deep thinking; good practical ability

•Good communication skills; well organized; good time management

•Good team spirit; willing to share; fast learner, interested in robot industry

•Willing to travelling to visit customers, 1-2 weeks/Month.
