The ideal candidate has working level experience in the Microsoft 365 Power Platform suite, to include SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents (Co-Pilot Studio), Microsoft Dataverse, and AI Builder. This position supports the development of technical solutions that streamline business processes, aggregate, cleanse, and visualize data, and provide user-friendly interfaces to interact with the data. Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents (Co-Pilot Studio), Microsoft Dataverse, and AI Builder)Develop and maintain applications using Power AppsBuild data pipelines from existing Army systemsAutomate workflows and business processes using Microsoft Power AutomateCreate data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BICreate scalable, efficient, and secure solutions to meet customer's business objectivesTest and Fix bugs and refactor as necessaryExperience working in agile and works well with an agile team (Scrum Master, UI/UX Designer, Business Analyst, etc)Participate in working groups and process improvement teamsIntegrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applicationsProvide technical support, documentation, and trainingStay up to date with the latest features and updates in Power PlatformQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field10+ years development in Microsoft technologies (3+ years Power Platform) Proficient Power Platform development experience (Share Point, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI)Proficient at Power BI languages (Power Query, M, DAX, SQL, R)Proficient in integration technologies, data connectors, APIs, and protocolsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsActive Secret Clearance RequiredDesired Qualifications:Previous experience with DoD, Army, or Human Resources ProcessesExperience with Human Centered DesignCertification in Agile (e.g. may include PMP-ACP, ICP, APMG, ACI, CSM, and PSM SAFe) and understanding of the software development processApplicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance.
