What will I be doing?

EHS

  • Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies and risk assessments
  • Conduct audits, checks, and fire drills
  • Report and investigate incidents, driving preventative actions

Operations

  • Complete operational checks and support stock loss prevention
  • Manage POS, maintenance requests, and third-party relationships
  • Ensure high store standards and safe working practices

Cash Office Responsibilities
As a Cash Office Assistant at Primark, you control the cash by:

  • Efficiently and accurately managing cash handling operations
  • Monitoring petty cash and stabilizing tills (registers)
  • Identifying and reporting till discrepancies
  • Preparing tills for the following day

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and support team members
  • Ensure training and compliance requirements are met

Customer & Store Support

  • Assist with customer queries and maintain a clean, well-presented store

Who you are:

  • You are detailed oriented, fashion-loving person with 2 years of experience in handling cash procedures, as well as retail experience.
  • You’re passionate about people and creating those amazing experiences
  • You’re honest, a strong communicator who can also listen, share ideas and get involved where needed
  • You’ve got good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • You’re a team player with high levels of motivation, a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • You’re interested in fashion and the latest looks
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent

The pay range for this role is: $19.25

This is a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
