DC FACILITY MANAGER

Job description
- Ensure DC operations comply with standards and local regulations.
- Maintain the DC facility and infrastructure in optimal condition.
- Achieve DC goals and action plans.
- Supervise new investments and projects.
- Understand and manage contract and tender requirements.
- Coordinate supervision of external contractors on-site.
- Ensure external contractors fulfill obligations and agreements.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for DC installations and equipment.
- Collaborate closely with the Security & Safety Manager to develop a unified approach to DC issues.
- Initiate sustainable processes and review existing systems from a sustainability perspective.
- Manage budgeting processes for Facility and MHE, working with the DC Manager.
- Supervise training of subordinate employees in all relevant areas, including facility maintenance.
- Proficient in business English for effective communication.
- Strong understanding of global policies, standards, and local regulations.
- In-depth expertise in DC operational processes, including multifunctional aspects.
