About Finance Operations at Cardinal Health

Our Finance team is critical in overseeing the organization's accounting, tax, and financial planning processes. We establish essential financial controls, interpret financial reports, and safeguard assets while ensuring efficient financial systems management.

Finance Operations specifically focuses on optimizing key functions such as pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable, and employee travel & expense processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage group mailbox routing and ensure efficient communication
• Address and resolve customer escalations effectively
• Support both onshore and offshore team members
• Lead project initiatives, meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent customer communication
• Collaborate actively to handle non-standard requests
• Utilize your understanding of financial processes, accounting policies, systems, and controls
• Exhibit expertise in transactional finance environments with robust internal controls
• Understand service level objectives to enhance customer support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong critical thinking abilities to navigate ambiguity
• Demonstrated urgency and responsiveness
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proven accountability and ownership of responsibilities
• Experience with SAP is preferred

Anticipated Salary Range: $57,000-$73,440
