We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to plan, organize, and execute new releases of our premium ultrasound products. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team and own delivery across schedule, budget, design transfer, and commercialization.

This is an on-site position in our Issaquah, WA office.

Your Role: 

  • Lead activity and resource planning. Partner with Software, Hardware, Systems, Ultrasound Engineering, Acoustic Engineering, Transducer, Product Management, and Clinical teams to define, develop, and maintain the development schedule and resource plan.
  • Partner with Manufacturing and Procurement to organize, manage, and complete all design transfer activities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Regulatory, Service, and Manufacturing to define, develop, and maintain a commercialization plan as part of the overall project plan.
  • Estimate, develop, and maintain the project budget.
  • Ensure quality and customer satisfaction by following all regulations, standards, and company processes throughout all project phases.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and manage project risks; work with cross-functional teams to implement effective mitigations.
  • Provide clear, timely updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and team performance; provide regular reports to the management team and stakeholders.
  • Organize and motivate the team to meet project goals.
  • Partner with sustaining teams to plan, develop, and release sustaining changes

Your Expertise:

  • Extensive project management experience with Software, Hardware, and Medical Devices class II or class III
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project (or equivalent project management tools)
  • Proven capability in project planning, resource planning, and budget planning.
  • Experience with Bill of Materials and Change Control
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (TFS)
  • Effective and collaborative English communication skills (both written and verbal)

Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:

  • BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge in a field of specialization to successfully complete complex assignments
  • Demonstrates leadership skills in a technical environment
  • Demonstrates significant knowledge of organization’s business practices.
  • Experience with full product development and commercialization cycles.
  • 5+ years of successful experience in a related field, demonstrating the responsibilities and knowledge described above.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Learns quickly in complex environments.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Experience leading software development in Agile or hybrid delivery models, partnering closely with software engineering teams in regulated product development
  • Experience working with global teams is highly desired.
  • Experience working with SAP is highly desired.
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations for Class II and III, including ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820, is a plus.
  • PMI or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.

The base pay range for this position is:

$137,910 - $189,629

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
