technical availability of equipment in all shifts. Fulfil Value Stream KPI’s: IDC, Technical
Down time, CPH tracking and improving, Pick Up Reject tracking and improving, Pick and
Place machine balancing.
New product introduction, equipment and process definition base on Bosch standard
New equipment validation, installation on production environment.

• Program creation for Pick and Place machines and debug.
• Select the best line for pick and place process, according to PCBA topology and
• volumes.
• SMD components shapes data base control and vision adjustments.
• Pick and Place parameters definition base on DMD.
• CPH monthly review base on benchmark numbers and improvement program.
• Pick up Reject monitoring.
• Active participation on SMT capacity review and products cycle time simulation.
• Update pick and place sw / hw, based on CN recommendation.
• Teamwork with smt Maintenance, Vision, SPP. Experts to full fill SMD center KPi’s
• Quality enhances, reduce customer complaints, ensure compliance with customer
• English language intermediate
• Engineering of Mechatronic, Electronic, IT System or Electromechanical
