Job description
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition with a strong background in the Automotive or Auto Parts industry and solid experience hiring Sales, Technical, and Commercial roles. The ideal candidate understands the industry landscape, talent market, required technical skills, and hiring challenges associated with automotive manufacturing, dealerships, suppliers, and aftermarket businesses.
This role will manage full-cycle recruitment and build high-quality pipelines for both technical and commercial positions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating offers.
- Recruit for automotive-related positions including engineers, quality specialists, production roles, technical sales, account managers, and aftermarket sales.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and assess both technical fit and cultural alignment.
2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Develop pipelines through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
- Build relationships with candidates familiar with automotive OEM, Tier-1, Tier-2 suppliers, or auto parts aftermarket sectors.
3. Employer & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, position needs, and team expectations.
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
4. Market Knowledge & Recruitment Strategy
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry trends, job market behavior, and talent availability.
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
5. Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions and recruitment stages in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in automotive, autoparts, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong background recruiting Sales, Technical, or Business Development roles.
- Familiarity with automotive terminology, parts categories, technical skills, and industry job functions.
- Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, JobDB search, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- MS Work , Excel , PPT.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for OEM, Tier-1, or aftermarket auto parts environments.
- General HR experience in employee relations, HR business partner functions, or compensation and benefits will be considered an advantage.
- Understanding of manufacturing roles and automotive technical requirements
