šŸ’¼ Role Overview

As a Data Analyst Intern in the Operations & Automation team, you will support key business reporting, enhance data quality, and drive process automation across the Asia Pacific region. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, manage large datasets, and contribute to improving efficiency through analytics and automation tools.

šŸŽÆ What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

Data Management & Reporting

  • Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources to update critical business reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze Asia Pacific Customer Backlog (CBL) data and work with the Sales Logistics team to ensure data accuracy.
  • Perform data validation, identify root causes, and resolve issues to improve order fulfillment and reduce operational-related claims.
  • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries (CTEs, Window Functions, JOINs) for data extraction and transformation.
  • Extract and interpret SAP reports to support operational processes.

Automation & Dashboard Enhancement

  • Maintain and improve existing Power BI dashboards, including SQL script enhancements and DAX optimizations across O2C topics.
  • Develop Python scripts to automate manual data transformation activities.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot dashboard and data-related issues.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work with central teams and stakeholders to support sales and operational objectives.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of reporting and analysis outputs.
  • Support stakeholders in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

šŸ‘¤ What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Available full-time for 7 months (01.06.2026 – 29.01.2027).
  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong understanding of operations; proactive and self‑motivated.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with high accuracy in task execution.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel (Macros preferred).
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools, SQL, and Python is required.
