Senior ID Architect - Site

A Senior ID Architect - Site is responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of construction projects on-site. This role involves ensuring that the design intent is realized during construction, coordinating with various stakeholders, and addressing any issues that arise during the building process.

• Site Supervision: Oversee the construction site to ensure that the architectural design is implemented correctly and according to the plans.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design or construction issues.
• Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, making adjustments to plans as necessary.
• Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposed solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the project.

• A Bachelors in Architecture is required or a related subject.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in architectural and site planning, with a focus on large-scale projects
• In-depth understanding of local building codes and regulations in the United Arab Emirates
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction
• Strong experience in Interior design on the construction supervision projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with construction methodologies and materials
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
