Senior MES Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the Business Process Management & System Projects function. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on process improvement initiatives, digital transformation, and system implementation projects that drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: 

• Perform product setup for NPI builds, including MES configuration and routing creation via Engineering Change Management.
• Provide PDM NPI related troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Act as key user and SME for MES and PDM NPI processes, supporting functionality enhancements and process improvements.
• Consolidate and align PDM NPI enhancement requirements across operations, IT, and stakeholders.
• Drive design, development, and deployment of SAP & MES solutions to improve process efficiency, traceability, and data accuracy.
• Support end-to-end project execution and system enhancements through cross-functional collaboration, including requirements, testing, training, and change management.

REQUIRED: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing & MES related work.
• Experience with shopfloor system (e.g., Camstar, SAP).
• Strong business requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

PREFERRED:

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, system integration, and data flow between MES & SAP.
• Experience leading projects with cross functional team is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.
