Location: Melbourne or Sydney
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who enjoys learning, collaborating and making an impact. Reporting to Head of Growth Marketing, you'll support digital marketing, events, CRM and content activity across our A/NZ Growth Marketing team. You'll help keep our systems, data and assets running smoothly so campaigns land with clarity and consistency.
What you'll do
- Support event planning and delivery, including logistics, asset readiness and post‑event follow‑up.
- Partner across Sales, Sales Ops and Marketing to maintain accurate CRM data, segmentation and reporting.
- Contribute to content creation and publishing across web, email, social and other digital channels.
- Coordinate content calendars and timelines to keep projects on track.
- Help with reporting, optimisation and post‑campaign insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to help deliver integrated campaigns.
What you'll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years+ experience in marketing, ideally in B2B, tech or financial services.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and comfort working with data and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail and work proactively.
