Locum Emergency Veterinarian

VCA Veterinary Specialists of the Valley (VCA VSV), is a steadily expanding, Emergency and Specialty hospital group in Woodland Hills, California. We are looking for Locum  Emergency Veterinarians to join our team. As an ER doctor at VCA VSV, you will have the full support of our eight board certified specialists.  Our specialists will work side-by-side with you in a collaborative and encouraging manner to ensure the best outcome for our patients.  Our specialties include Critical Care (2), Internal Medicine (2), Oncology (2), and Surgery (3).  

Our location is staffed by a progressive team of ER doctors and a highly skilled group of RVTs, VTSs and Assistants.   Our ER doctors have primary case responsibility communicating closely with referring clinics, as well as coordinate consultations and transfers to specialty services.  

Our management philosophy is centered around customer service, whether our customer is our patient, the owner or our referring veterinarian.  Our mission to exceed client expectations fosters a team/customer focused/patient care oriented environment with encouraged collaborative decision making.  Our goal is to empower our staff to be fully engaged on the ER floor providing the best care/service possible.   With over 100 employees total, VCA VSV has a highly-dedicated administration team.
