The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join Bellamy Health Center in Dover, New Hampshire. This well-established practice offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative and team-oriented environment, supported by a nationally recognized health system.

What You’ll Do

Comprehensive Care:

  • Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care
  • Build strong, longitudinal relationships with patients across all ages

Team-Based Environment:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and advanced practice providers
  • Work alongside embedded support services, including behavioral health, social work, care management, and diabetes education

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire (Maine licensure a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience preferred
