We are currently hiring a Supply Chain Analyst I to join our Engine Third Party Manufacturing Operations team. This role supports global operations and offers the opportunity to work directly with customers, suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for managing supplier on-time delivery performance, supporting customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply base.

Functions and Activities:

• Receive orders from end customer & place Purchase Orders against Tier 2 Donaldson Suppliers

• Ensure the correct shipping and timely arrival of Finished Goods to our end customers.

• Control the invoicing process to register the sales and notify customer of shipment

• Track purchase orders, QTY/ship date changes with Tier 2 suppliers from the end customer

•  Monitor the arrival of the Critical components at each manufacturing site

• Manage inventory levels of components held at our Tier 2 suppliers to ensure no delays in production

• Support supplier transitions and new product introductions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, International business, logistics, Supply Chain Management or a similar field.

• 1-2 years of experience in a Supply Chain / Operations role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams.

• Advanced English proficiency required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to lead supplier development activities and drive root cause

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
