We are currently hiring a Supply Chain Analyst I to join our Engine Third Party Manufacturing Operations team. This role supports global operations and offers the opportunity to work directly with customers, suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for managing supplier on-time delivery performance, supporting customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply base.
Functions and Activities:
Receive orders from end customer & place Purchase Orders against Tier 2 Donaldson Suppliers
Ensure the correct shipping and timely arrival of Finished Goods to our end customers.
Control the invoicing process to register the sales and notify customer of shipment
Track purchase orders, QTY/ship date changes with Tier 2 suppliers from the end customer
Monitor the arrival of the Critical components at each manufacturing site
Manage inventory levels of components held at our Tier 2 suppliers to ensure no delays in production
Support supplier transitions and new product introductions
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Operations, International business, logistics, Supply Chain Management or a similar field.
1-2 years of experience in a Supply Chain / Operations role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Advanced English proficiency required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to lead supplier development activities and drive root cause
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
