Job Description:

Providing for loved ones, planning rewarding retirements, saving enough for whatever lies ahead – our policyholders count on us to be there when it matters most. It’s a big ask, but it’s one that we have the power to deliver when we work together. We collaborate and innovate – pushing one another to transform not just Pacific Life, but the entire industry for the better. Why? Because it’s the right thing to do. Pacific Life is more than a job, it’s a career with purpose. It’s a career where you have the support, balance, and resources to make a positive impact on the future – including your own.

Pacific Life has a fantastic opportunity for career development with excellent promotional opportunities. We are seeking talented Customer Service Specialists to join our teams in the Consumer Markets Division in our Omaha, NE offices.

At Pacific Life, Financial Customer Service Representatives are a trusted guide for policyholders and contract owners during meaningful financial moments. This is a high-volume phone role, handling approximately 40–60 inbound calls per day from policyholders, contract owners, and financial professionals. Pacific Life provides paid training, dedicated study time, and support to earn required FINRA licenses — Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) plus Series 6 — within 8 weeks of hire. Many employees begin their careers in this role and grow into advanced service, operations, or leadership positions across the organization.
