Description and Requirements

About the Role

We are seeking an intern to support our Organizational Development (OD) team with skills-enabled talent management initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience working on global projects related to skills frameworks, skills validation, talent management consulting, and survey design. This intern will collaborate with and support OD and Skills project team members.

This position is open to a remote working location, but must be present in the United States for the duration of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

Interns will support one or more of the following areas, based on project needs and interests:

  • Assist with skills framework development and validation, including reviewing skills data, organizing feedback, and documenting changes
  • Support business-specific use cases for validated skills with tasks including survey design, meeting coordination, and project management
  • Help prepare slide content, summaries, and visualizations of the skills project strategy, updates, and deliverables
  • Document processes, decisions, and learnings to support scalability and knowledge-sharing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., HRIS, L&D, TA) on defined project workstreams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or Behavior, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. Will consider final-year undergraduate degree applications with prior internship or work experience
  • Strong interest in skills-based talent management, organizational development, and talent management consulting
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel (experience with survey data or statistics is a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience with HR systems or platforms is a plus

Comp Range: Comp is based on years completed in undergrad or masters degree and will range from $26 - $35 hr
