Compensation Range: $50,000 - $65,000

Locations: Scottsdale and Chandler

We are seeking an experienced and polished Advisor Support Associate (ASA) to join our rapidly expanding team. This role is integral to delivering exceptional client experience, enhancing advisor effectiveness, and supporting the continued growth of the firm. As a trusted partner to one or more financial advisors, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated client base, ensuring seamless service, operational excellence, and proactive communication at every stage of the client relationship.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client centric environment and takes pride in anticipating needs, solving problems, and executing with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for client relationships, delivering a high-touch, responsive service experience
  • Manage all cashiering and client service functions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare, process, and track account paperwork, applications, and service requests
  • Coordinate and support quarterly client portfolio reviews by generating reports and preparing meeting materials
  • Triage and respond to client inquiries via phone and email with a commitment to same-day response
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records across CRM systems (Redtail) and internal platforms
  • Ensure adherence to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
  • Partner closely with internal teams to fulfill client needs, including account documentation, tax forms, beneficiary updates, and other service-related items
  • Proactively manage follow-ups and ensure all client and advisor requests are completed in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial advisory, wealth management, or brokerage environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • FINRA Series 7 or 6 and Series 63 or 65 licenses
  • Experience with Redtail CRM, Albridge, and/or Pershing platforms
  • Notary Public designation
  • Working knowledge of financial products and services including insurance, annuities, managed accounts (TPMM), PCRAs, qualified retirement plans (QRPs), and pensions
  • Familiarity with Pershing, LLC as a custodian
