How you will make an impact
Join our growing Partnerships Team as a Partner Success Associate, playing a key role in managing our portfolio of SMB acquisition partners (Financial Services apps, Employer Wallets and Marketplaces, Auto Related Companies). In this role, you will use a scalable, 1-to-many approach to oversee partner onboarding, performance monitoring, campaign optimization, and growth for your book of business. You will also support broader partner operations and technical projects for our largest Partners and the broader Partnerships Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB partners using a scalable, 1-to-many approach
- Launching new partners:
- Support onboarding and campaign launches, ensuring accurate tracking and seamless execution
- Supporting ongoing partner management:
- Maintain an understanding of the full opportunity size of each partner, partner goals and best practices
- Monitor partner performance across key metrics (conversion rate, traffic quality, revenue, ROI) and proactively identify optimization opportunities across your book of business
- Recommend best practices and expansion opportunities based on understanding of partner goals and performance
- Ensure partner day to day operations are running smoothly
- Support team projections
- Work closely with Sr. Partner Success Managers on high-impact partners, gaining exposure to large, strategic accounts while developing skills in performance analysis and growth optimization
- Support technical needs (ex postbacks, tracking validation, QA) in platforms like Everflow
- Contribute to team-wide projects focused on improving partner processes, tooling, and scalability
This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to be able to come into our Cambridge, MA office.
Who you are
- 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in partnerships or affiliate management for a direct-to-consumer brand (insurtech/fintech experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and performance metrics to derive insights. Experience with SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with technical configurations such as postback (or strong interest in learning).

- Bachelor’s degree
- Travel 2 - 3 times per year for team events, conferences, and team events
- Hybrid role with in office requirements of Tuesday - Thursday in our Cambridge Headquarters

Our compensation philosophy is guided by several factors including a candidate’s relevant experience, education/training, job-related skills, and location.
In addition to the base salary our total compensation package includes health coverage, retirement contributions, and additional wellbeing benefits. Some positions may be eligible for company equity.
Below is the base compensation range for US locations:
$75,000-$95,000
