How You'll Make An Impact

  • Work with the Sales team to bring innovative solutions and strategies that map Boomi solutions and technologies to meet customer needs and support the sales process and effort.
  • Become a subject matter expert in Boomi technology and solutions and be able to apply it to a prospects and customers' business outcomes.
  • Define and promote the adoption of best practices of Boomi's products throughout the AtomSphere user community.

What You'll Do

  • Perform discovery, needs gathering, and requirement analysis for prospects and customers.
  • Develop, present and deliver high impact presentations and demonstrations of the Boomi solutions.
  • Coordinate/facilitate all other presales activities such as Proof of Concepts, RFP responses, etc.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of Boomi to all levels including line of business managers, technical architects and C level executives.
  • Work with Account Executives to help manage, support, and prioritize sales opportunities.
  • Provide input to other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed.
  • Maintain account and opportunity updates within our CRM system to manage and prioritize sales opportunities.

The Experience You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience with presales.
  • The business savvy to understand & probe customer needs and demonstrate quantifiable business value.
  • Proven technical ability to design and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
  • Excellent analytical and procedural thinking skills.
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools, middleware technology, and systems integration design.
  • Strong oral and written communication, customer focused acumen.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple engagements at one time.
  • Strong understanding of JSON, XML, SOAP, OData and REST based APIs.
  • Scripting skills with Java, Groovy, JavaScript.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Client facing work in the application integration space.
  • Familiarity with Boomi Integration or other visual-based integration development/mapping tools.
  • Familiarity with other API Management, Master Data Management (MDM) and Workflow.
  • Technical and/or functional experience with using or integrating with common business applications such as: Salesforce (including Apex and Visualforce), NetSuite (including SuiteScript), Taleo, Workday, AWS, Azure, Microsoft Dynamics products, Oracle, SAP, etc.
  • Database skills including SQL, data modeling, and databases (e.g. MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).
  • General knowledge of common business systems (CRM, SFA, ERP) and processes (lead to cash, requisitions, order management, etc.).
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, React and JavaScript.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent.
