About the Role

负责产品全生命周期管理及上线后的追踪，通过对市场和客户等方面的深入研究，支持产品开发与持续优化产品设计。

Roles and Responsibilities:

产品研究

• 收集和整理客户需求和反馈，协助开展目标客户需求调研，为产品开发提供支持

• 跟踪了解寿险行业监管政策，整理相关信息，确保产品合规性

• 收集分析市场趋势，了解行业动态，协助发现市场新机会

• 分析产品数据反馈，为产品优化提供支持

• 了解并参与行业服务生态圈的发展变化

产品设计

• 参与制定针对不同客户群体的产品价值主张，以满足目标客群的需求

产品管理

• 负责产品全生命周期管理，跟踪项目进度，及时发现反馈问题，并协助解决，确保产品的顺利上线

• 跟进产品上线后的反馈，推动产品的持续改进

• 编写整理监管报告，确保符合监管要求

Minimum Job Requirements:

• 本科及以上，数学、统计等专业优先

• 应届生或具备2年以内的相关工作经验

• 对金融保险行业有基本理解，具长远发展意愿

• 曾修习过保险、法税等专业课程

• 具备项目管理、演讲技能和数据分析技能

• 具有出色的深度思考、分析洞察、创新引领、管理执行、沟通协调和学习分享能力
