What You’ll Do:
· Support expansion of endoscopy and subspecialty clinic volume by coordinating research-related workflows, patient identification, scheduling, and data support—allowing physicians and APPs to focus on clinical productivity. Increased procedural and clinic volume drives downstream revenue through endoscopy, imaging, pathology, anesthesia, hospital admissions, and ancillary services.
· Enable multiple active and upcoming research studies that bring in external funding (industry-sponsored trials, investigator-initiated studies, and grant-funded projects). These studies generate revenue through per-patient study payments, startup fees, and overhead recovery while strengthening the Center’s academic and clinical profile.
· Improve patient capture and retention within the Center by ensuring eligible patients are enrolled and remain within Atrium Health for longitudinal care, follow-up procedures, and related services.
· Reduce operational inefficiencies and provider administrative burden, which currently limit our ability to scale research participation and clinical throughput without additional support.
