In addition, Penn State Dickinson Law is always interested in increasing attorney or judge taught experiential learning courses. Email the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Jeffrey A. Dodge, at jad6742@psu.edu should you have a course idea that focuses on applied lawyering skills through simulations, writing, and/or research.
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants should have:
A distinguished record of law practice in the subject matter or experience teaching the course subjects.
Scholarly or professional publications to the relevant field of law.
Participation and leadership in bar association or other professional organizations related to the subject matter.
A J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school.
Superior academic credentials.
While adjunct faculty able to teach live in Carlisle or University Park are preferred, flexible work arrangements, such as remote or hybrid work opportunities, may be considered.
