Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Apply manufacturing and process engineering principles to ensure safe, stable, and efficient plant operations.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using structured problem‑solving methods.
- Troubleshoot process deviations through root cause analysis and data‑driven decision making.
- Support deployment and sustainment of Manufacturing Technology standards, best practices, and SOPs.
- Ensure all improvements comply with IFF EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Use manufacturing and operational data to monitor performance and optimize processes.
- Support implementation and adoption of digital manufacturing and analytics tools (e.g. dashboards).
- Act as a liaison between operations, engineering, and analytics teams, translating business needs into analytical requirements.
- Deliver engineering and digital improvement projects and collaborate with regional Manufacturing Technology teams.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, preferably within the chemical or process industry
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with hands‑on experience working with large datasets and industrial data
- Experience delivering digital and analytics solutions for manufacturing or operations stakeholders (e.g. process optimization, performance monitoring, decision support)
- Practical experience with relational databases and data querying (e.g. SQL); exposure to distributed or cloud‑based data platforms is a plus
- 3+ years of project delivery experience, working in Waterfall and/or Agile environments, with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams
- Experience acting as a bridge between business, operations, and analytics teams
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
- Strong and effective communication skill in English, both verbal and written.
