- Partner with business leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, effectively addressing evolving organizational needs.
- Oversee HR administration, including employment contracts, payroll coordination, benefits, and leave management.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and career development.
- Continuously improve HR policies, systems, and processes for efficiency and transparency. Ensure full compliance with Japanese labor laws and employment regulations.
- Lead country-wide initiatives that reinforce our company values across different office locations.
- Diagnose and optimize organizational structures to enhance cross-departmental collaboration and decision-making efficiency. Lead change management projects to ensure smooth organizational transitions.
- Work with the Learning and Development team to design impactful programs focused on training, career development, and job performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and overseeing effective implementation.
- Establish and lead the Succession Planning process for business-critical positions. Identify high-potential talent and design and implement individualized development programs.
- Oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire HR operations system. Supervise the daily operations and continuous improvement of compensation & benefits, employee relationships, culture initiatives etc., ensuring a solid operational foundation for the execution of HR and business strategies.
