Key Responsibilities

• Partner with district agents to identify, market, and write new commercial policies
• Assist agents in the quoting and binding process for business clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
• Conduct outreach and networking to generate leads
• Deliver proactive service for long-term client retention
• Support day-to-day operations, including quoting, policy reviews, and cross-selling

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in insurance sales (commercial insurance preferred)
• Active Michigan Property & Casualty License
• Entrepreneurial drive to develop a book of business
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and responsive
