Stove Cleaner-Stewarding-Steady Extra

• Disassemble and clean all ovens, stoves, grills, and deep fat fryers; properly reassemble when cleaning is concluded.
• Strain and refill grease in fryers as needed.
• Wipe, clean, and polish all stoves, hoods, and stove vents.

• Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift.
• Must have a working knowledge of all chemical and processes used.
• Must be able to maneuver approximately 50 pounds and push or pull loads up to 300 pounds with the assistance of a cart or flatbed truck regularly through a shift.
• Must be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, scrape, grasp, reach, etc. repeatedly throughout shift.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
