You’ll be responsible for:

• Prioritising key business activities (customer, employee, operational, financial) to achieve targets
• Developing and sustaining positive customer relationships
• Ensuring services are timely, accurate and meet legislative, customer SLA and Konekt standards
• Achieving revenue and profit targets and sustaining business growth
• Growing your team and developing team members to optimise performance and engagement

Thinking about applying? Here's what we're looking for:

• Occupational/Workplace Rehabilitation or injury management experience
• Leadership experience preferred but not essential
• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology with appropriate professional registration
• Practical knowledge of workers’ compensation legislation and case management
• Commercial acumen and understanding of key business drivers
• Energetic, positive and motivated approach
