Our Clearview office is located within a small, convenient local shopping complex, offering easy access, onsite parking, and close proximity to surrounding suburbs including Enfield, Lightsview, Blair Athol, and Clearview itself. You’ll be working in a small but efficient office alongside a supportive team committed to making a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting participants with disability to prepare for, find, and maintain sustainable employment
Using a person‑centred approach to build tailored employment plans
Identifying strengths, barriers, and aspirations to create the right job match
Providing creative, solutions‑focused strategies to overcome employment challenges
Advocating for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments
Building strong relationships with employers who value diversity
Marketing participant skills to prospective employers
Delivering ongoing in‑work support to ensure long‑term success
Meeting program performance and quality benchmarks
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
Engaging with the local community to promote inclusive employment

What You’ll Need
Eligibility to work in Australia
A current driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
A Standard MyGovID
Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check
Availability to work full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
