Junior Process Designer (P&ID)

We are seeking a Junior Process Designer (P&ID) to support the development and delivery of process engineering designs for industrial and energy projects. This role will focus on creating and maintaining Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), ensuring alignment with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• P&ID & Layout Design: Prepare and develop 2D plant layouts and P&ID diagrams using AutoCAD Plant 3D.
• Data Management: Handle database importing & exporting between drawings and MS Excel. You will ensure that all components in the drawing (tags, specs, sizes) match the data in our reports.
• System Accuracy: Maintain the integrity of our drawing databases to help solve and prevent technical data mismatches.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and managers (Thai and expat) to provide drawing and data support.
• Project Support: Support projects of all scales involving Power Plant, LNG, Oil & Gas, Chemical and Industrial processes.
• Quality Check: Ensure all drawings follow company templates and meet specific customer requirements.
• Continuous Learning: Improve your skills in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and Navisworks under the guidance of our senior team.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technical Education - Mechanical, Industrial, Drafting, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 1–3 years. (We value a "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn!)
• Software Skills: * Proficient in AutoCAD (Experience with Plant 3D or P&ID software is a major advantage).
• Strong MS Excel skills (Ability to use formulas, organize data, and manage exported reports).
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of engineering drawings, piping, instruments, and mechanical systems/symbols.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail (critical for database work), a solution-driven mindset, and the ability to work well in a team.
• English: Fair communication skills for reading technical documentation and emails, basic speaking/listening with willingness to learn/improve (TOEIC 550+ or IELTS 5 would be an advantage)
