Job description
QIMA is seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager for Latin America to lead initiatives that expand our brand presence, drive demand, and support sales effectiveness in the region. Your role will be to develop strategies to execute communications in Latin America, strengthen the QIMA brand, and enhance the credibility of its regional entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand, PR, and Communications:
- Lead the public relations and external communications strategy in Latin America
- Build and maintain relationships with regional media, industry associations, and key stakeholders
- Oversee press releases, media engagement, spokesperson support, and crisis communications
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand usage across all LATAM markets
Messaging and Content:
- Define Latin American messaging frameworks aligned with global positioning.
- Oversee the development of thought leadership, PR content, customer stories, and localized assest
- Ensure global content is adapted to market and cultural relevance.
Demand Generation:
- Partner with the Marketing Center to define regional demand generation priorities
- Oversee local execution of campaigns through the regional team
- Review performance and insights to drive optimization and commercial impact
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing initiatives support pipeline acceleration
- Partner with Product Marketing and Global Marketing to ensure message consistency and alignment.
- Support regional events, webinars, and other marketing activities
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a regional team of two, with the opportunity to grow the team
- Set priorities, provide direction, and ensure high-quality execution
- Act as a player-coach, stepping in where needed to deliver results
Required Experience
- 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth companies.
- Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience with certification companys is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
