To manage the PF and UAN Helpdesk activities :-
- Generate the ESIC IP's on the ESIC Portal for new joiners.
- Address the employee queries related to PF ESIC thru Amelia Ticket / Email / verbally
- Base File Updation
- General MIS
> Graduate > Basic MS Office > Functional knowledge of Excel > Knowledge of PF, ESIC will be added advantage
