We’re looking for a confident and personable Receptionist to join our front of house team and help us deliver an exceptional experience for every visitor, client, and colleague who walks through the doors of our clients modern multi-occupied building.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating a warm, professional welcome for all guests and ensuring they feel supported from the moment they arrive.
- Handling enquiries with a positive, can do attitude and providing clear, helpful information.
- Managing daily reception operations smoothly, including visitor flow and VIP visits.
- Keeping guests informed, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate daily reports.
- Supporting the Reception Manager and working closely with your team to uphold high service standards, especially during busy periods.
- Assisting with training, events, and ad hoc projects that help the team to shine.
- Processing deliveries, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and carrying out post room duties to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
- Following health and safety procedures, supporting emergency situations when required, and contributing to a safe, well organised workplace.
- Building strong working relationships across the organisation to ensure a seamless and consistent service experience.

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts from 8:00am to 5pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday-Friday
Salary: £30,888
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to consistently deliver a high standard of customer service with a professional, positive, and approachable attitude.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence interacting with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Ability to use initiative, take ownership of responsibilities, and see tasks through to completion.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast paced environment and supporting a variety of duties.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience & Knowledge
- Experience in customer service, reception, or front of house roles is beneficial.
- Familiarity with operational tasks such as handling deliveries, mail, or post room duties is an advantage.
- Understanding of what high quality service looks like and how to maintain it consistently.
