General Manager - Pool Beverage

As the General Manager of Pool Beverage you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the operation of beverage services at all Wynn & Encore resort pools.
• Work with both the Hotel & F&B divisions to ensure that service is streamlined and in accordance with Wynn Las Vegas standards.
• Ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.
• Scheduling, training and evaluating beverage services staff, ensuring quality, appearance and guest service according to Wynn Las Vegas service standards.

• Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner.
• Requires a minimum of 4 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience and at least 1 year of work experience as a Senior Beverage Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced, luxury environment is preferred.
• Candidate must exhibit advanced service, beverage and cocktail knowledge.
• Computer skills, including MS Office and Point of Sales systems are preferred.
• Candidates must be able to lead and work self-managed.
• Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
