Montefiore Health System's network of primary care practices, known as Montefiore Medical Group (MMG), seeks Internal Medicine and Family Medicine trained primary care physicians throughout our 20 site locations in the Bronx and Westchester counties. We provide a collaborative team environment and the opportunity to make a difference in patient care in the Bronx. Several MMG sites qualify to support J1 waivers & H1B visas as well as NHSC/HRSA Medical School Loan Repayment Program.

In this role, the primary care physician will:

• Manage and direct general physician medical care

• Emphasize early detection of ailments, prevention, and all-around wellness

• Serve as the first point of call for all patients

• Collaborate with our Integrated Behavioral Health team to ensure holistic primary care for all patients

• Collaborate with medical leadership and quality coaches to ensure best practices

• Focus strongly on quality outcomes and full coordination of care

Requirements:

• Completion of US accredited IM or FM Residency Program

• NYS Medical License

• Board Eligible/Board Certification

• DEA

• BLS
