Overview:
Join KenCrest’s dynamic early childhood team as a Classroom Aide in one of our seven Star 4 Early Childhood Programs! You will play a vital role in supporting classroom staff by providing breaks, meeting coverage, and assisting with daily activity preparations. Your efforts will help ensure safe supervision, smooth transitions, and an engaging learning environment for young children. Additionally, you'll provide instructional support to promote participation among children who may need extra assistance. In the absence of the Associate Teacher, you will step in as the second staff member, demonstrating your commitment to fostering a positive preschool experience. You’ll also assist administrative staff with various activities, including follow-up with families and ensuring compliance.

What You Will Bring to KenCrest:

• High School Degree or GED

• 1 year of experience working with young children

• Child Development Associate (CDA) certification (required)
